Spend your holiday with us! Enjoy games, activities, crafts, exercise and all kinds of holiday fun! Participants who do not meet eligibility requirements can attend with a 1:1 worker.
Dates: 12/23/24, 12/27/24, 12/30/24-12/31/24, 1/2/25-1/3/25
Time: 9:00am-6:00pm
Location: Oakley Recreation Center (749 Fairview Road)
Ages: 6-21 (must be currently enrolled in school)
Fee: $40 for first child; $30 for additional children

Essential Eligibility Criteria for all programs:
Each participant must:
- Have the ability to follow program rules, communicate with others in a respectful manner, respect personal space of others
- Maintain personal care needs independently or with the assistance of a companion, excluding the program instructors (including administering medication, toileting, and feeding)
- Be able to understand basic communication
- Demonstrate basic social skills (interact with peers)
- Be able to work in a group setting of 12 to 15 people
- Not have a history of violence against themselves or others
The LRT/CTRS is unable to provide one-on-one supervision. Participants that do not fit meet essential eligibility criteria (EEC) may be able to participant in a program if they have their own CAP or one-on-one worker.
(CAP or One-on-One Workers are welcome at these programs at no additional charge). Please call 828-232-4529 about specific questions you may have.

Weekly After School Rate (Standard Fee): $40.00 = $40.00
Free School Lunch Rate ( Must provide paperwork) (Standard Fee): $10.00 = $10.00
Reduced School Lunch Rate ( Must provide paperwork) (Standard Fee): $30.00 = $30.00
