Let's Wrestle! 6-12 yrs. old
Young wrestlers will learn the fundamentals of wrestling and experienced wrestlers will learn skills and improve technique. All campers will learn takedowns, pinning combinations and escapes. They will build strength and agility through movement exercises, drills and games, while also learning to overcome adversity, be more resilient and build strong and lasting friendships! Participants will come home happy and tired. Let's Wrestle start date is September 3rd and it ends October 22nd.
Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:30pm-6:00pm
Session Fee: $15
Meets at Dr. Wesley Grant Sr. Southside Center, 285 Livingston St.
