Calling all Nature Nerds. This hike is designed for you because we are hiking for one purpose, learning about the natural world of the Southern Appalachians. Enjoy a short, slow paced hike led by an experienced Naturalist to learn how to identify plants, animal tracks, bird songs, and any other phenomenon we may come across. We will also learn from field guides, apps, and each other.

We will meet in the parking lot of Richmond Hill Park at 300 Richmond Hill Dr. Asheville, NC 28806. Dress for the weather. Registration is required.
