"Have you heard of Fly Fishing and always wanted to learn more about it? There's no time to get bored in this challenging yet rewarding type of fishing. In this class you will get all of the information you need to get started. Participants will learn fly fishing methods and techniques, the basic gear needed to get started, how to cast using a fly rod, good places to go in the area, and the rules and regulations for NC. All gear will be provided.
Ages 15 and up
Meets at the Outdoor Recreation Facility
Registration required.
*Participants will not be fishing during this program so a fishing license is not required to participate.

Classes will be held at the Outdoor Recreation Facility at 70 Gashes Creek Rd. Asheville NC, 28805. Please dress for the weather as this program is a combination of classroom and outdoor practice. This class takes place on land so no fishing license is needed.
