Therapeutic Recreation Adult Morning Movement
Join us on Wednesday mornings for active games, physical activities, and sports that are adapted to accommodate all skill levels. Please pre-register so staff can plan accordingly.

Time: 10:00am-12:00pm
Location: Tempie Avery Montford Community Center (34 Pearson Drive)
Age: Open to individuals ages 17+ with disabilities - participants who cannot meet eligibility requirements can attend with a 1:1 worker.
