Registration Dates: May 6th - May 28th.

This league will consist of 2 divisions (Upper/Middle & Lower) (Double Headers each night), followed by a single elimination championship tournament.
This league is designed to provide fun, sociable, and competitive half court games for our community!
You may sign up as a team or an individual searching for a team.
Teams are responsible for providing their own uniforms!
7 man roster (Maximum) .
$75 Per Team.

Young wrestlers will learn the fundamentals of wrestling and experienced wrestlers will learn skills and improve technique. All campers will learn takedowns, pinning combinations and escapes. They will build strength and agility through movement exercises, drills and games, while also learning to overcome adversity, be more resilient and build strong and lasting friendships! Participants will come home happy and tired. We will have two opportunities to participate in wrestling. You have the option to sign up for the first or second session but not both sessions. Tai Chi is a practice which emphasizes relaxation in the body and mind. This class is a form flow class where we move through the yang 37 short form. The class is good for those who are somewhat familiar with the form and looking for refinement or just a group to practice with or for those who are starting in practice and would like to learn the form quickly. The practice is challenging but rewarding; diligent practice will greatly strengthen the knees, hips, and spine, as well as develop mental focus and sharpness.
