Come join a certified forest therapist for a 2.5hour nature saunter through peaceful forest. Immerse yourself in the natural environment right here in our city of Asheville. Learn how you can slow down, unwind, and most importantly, rediscover your own connection to Nature. All you need is yourself, some proper footwear, and the need to relax in the woods.
