Therapeutic Recreation Walking
Get your steps in while making new friends around WNC! Please make us aware of any mobility concerns at time of registration so staff can best accommodate your needs. Participants will need to pack a lunch, water bottle, and clothes comfortable to move in! All walks are 1 mile or less with fully accessible paths.

10/21/24 - NC Arboretum
11/18/24 - Lookout Mountain
Time: 10:00am-2:00pm
Location: Meet at Oakley Recreation Center (749 Fairview Road), we will provide transportation to the site. If you would like to meet us at the site, please arrange with TR staff prior to event.
Age: Open to individuals ages 18+ with disabilities - participants who cannot meet eligibility requirements can attend with a 1:1 worker. You must register for 1:1 workers/staff who will also be attending for our overall headcount.
