Let's Wrestle! 6-12 yrs. old
Young wrestlers will learn the fundamentals of wrestling and experienced wrestlers will learn skills and improve technique. All campers will learn takedowns, pinning combinations and escapes. They will build strength and agility through movement exercises, drills and games, while also learning to overcome adversity, be more resilient and build strong and lasting friendships! Participants will come home happy and tired. We will have two opportunities to participate in wrestling. You have the option to sign up for the first or second session but not both sessions. First session is June 10th- July 12th. Second session is July 15th- August 16th
